All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, modify product information, or refuse an order where permitted by law.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you submit an order.

By submitting an order, you authorize OTHERWISE and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, availability, or typographical errors. If a pricing or listing error affects an order, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount charged.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order request. It does not mean OTHERWISE has accepted the order.

An order is accepted when we process it for fulfillment or send a shipping confirmation, unless we notify you otherwise.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, inventory limitations, pricing errors, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms.

Customers may request cancellation before a package has been handed to the shipping carrier. If the package has not been handed to the carrier, OTHERWISE will cancel the order upon request and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, the order can no longer be canceled. After delivery, return requests are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping methods, rates, and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Ready-to-ship orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–10 business days. Preorder products will display their own expected shipping date or shipping window on the applicable product page before purchase.

Carrier delivery estimates begin after the order is handed to the carrier and are not guaranteed.

If OTHERWISE cannot ship an order within the applicable stated timeframe, we will contact the customer, provide an updated expected shipping date, and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for handling the package in transit.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

OTHERWISE accepts eligible return requests made within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with original tags and packaging.

For approved returns, OTHERWISE provides a prepaid return shipping label.

After an approved return is received and inspected, OTHERWISE refunds the purchase price of the returned item or items, plus applicable sales tax charged on those returned item or items. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns.

If OTHERWISE confirms an item was incorrect, damaged before shipment, or defective, OTHERWISE may provide a replacement or refund the item price, applicable sales tax, and original outbound shipping charges.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The OTHERWISE name, wordmarks, symbols, logos, website content, graphics, photographs, product designs, layout, and other original materials displayed on this website are owned by OTHERWISE or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise use website content without prior written permission from OTHERWISE.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in OTHERWISE intellectual property.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE
